Check Collection

For collection of returned checks we offer several different options; like automatic bank authorized return, free ACH processing, 100% remittance for most checks received within 30 days*, and in some cases we may even offer a share in the NSF fees we collect!* Not currently accepting checks?

Receivables

Almost any debt that isn't a check falls into this category. Our contingency rates are very competitive - and negotiable based on volume.

Legal

Our legal department is timely and efficient, offering a variety of excellent services when litigation has become necessary to collect - and then only with your consent. Our legal forms are completed and accessed in-house within our proprietary software system for quick service. In most cases, we pay all associated legal costs in advance, which are not later charged to you. Judgments obtained include wage or bank garnishments and liens on real property, and whenever possible, action is filed in district or superior courts for faster results.
